                     Terms & conditions

  

  • The list of treatments required along with any deposits MUST be returned at least seven days prior to the party date in order that we may arrange/change treatments as necessary. 
  • Sorry, we can no longer accept cheques.

 

  • Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel the party.

 

  • If you decide to re-schedule your party we will do our best to accomodate you. We need a minimum of two weeks notice otherwise a £30.00 re-booking fee will be charged as we will be unable to book anyone else at such short notice and we would lose a full day's work.

 

  • We will always endevour to get to all booked pamper parties,

however, please be aware that due to events beyond our  control,  unavoidable circumstances,  for example, very bad weather conditions, or hospitialisation, it may not be possible for your

party to go ahead. In such rare circumstance, we would obviously reschedule your party or refund you in full. (don't be overly concerned, we just have to make you aware of our policy, just in case)

 

  • All items brought by us for use at the party remain the
  • property of Pamper You Perfect

 

  • Our Pamper Parties are priced with the number of guests quoted at the time of booking, if fewer guests turn up than the minimum, the party price must remain the same

 

  • Therapists may refuse treatments to anyone under the
  • influence of drugs or alcohol, with no refund

 

  • Our insurers are unable to offer cover for the use of the chocolate fountain or cocktails, as these fall outside the

          policy remit. You are advised that the chocolate fountain and  cocktails are provided at your own risk and we

 advise you to check if this is covered under your home insurance before agreeing to having them. If you would rather us leave these out please let us know before the event.

 

  • For their safety and to help provide maximum benefits, therapists require a smoke free environment.

 

  • In order to gain maximum relaxation and best results, we request that very young children and pets do not enter
  • the area where the therapist is working.

 

  •  Due care should be taken with the Pamper You Perfect equipment, any damages must be paid for

 

  • We request that all guests under 16 years of age must be supervised by an adult as we cannot be held responsible

          for the supervision of children or teenagers.

 

  •  Please let us know if you or your guests have any allergies as therapists are not responsible for any allergic reactions if
  • consent has been given and allergies were not declared

 

  • Everything outside of 25 miles (return) will be charged at 0.40p per mile.

 

  • Prices do not include any extra expenses such as bridge tolls, road tolls, congestion charges, and any car parking charges

  • as may be needed in order to park to complete the treatments.

     

  • For Bank Holiday weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday) a supplement of £15.00 will be added to all bookings.
