For ladies pamper parties, the list of treatments required along with any deposits MUST be returned at least seven days prior to the party date in order that we may arrange/change treatments as necessary.
Sorry, we no longer accept cheques.
All Deposits are non-refundable.
For Bank Holiday weekends a supplement of £20 will be added to all bookings.
If you decide to re-schedule your party, we will do our best to accommodate you. We need a minimum of two weeks’ notice otherwise a £30.00 re-booking fee will be charged as we may be unable to book anyone else at such short notice and would lose a full day's work.
We will always endeavour to get to all booked parties, however, please be aware that due to events beyond our control, unavoidable circumstances, for example, very bad weather conditions, or hospitialisation, it may not be possible for your party to go ahead. In such rare circumstance, we would obviously reschedule your party or refund you in full, your preference.
All items brought by us for use at the party remain the property of Pamper You Perfect
Pamper Parties are priced with the number of guests you quoted at the time of booking, if fewer guests turn up the party price must remain the same as we would have planned our day around your booking
We may refuse treatments to anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol, with no refund
We advise that the chocolate fountain, drinks and red carpet are provided at your own risk.If you would rather us leave these out please let us know before the event. We cannot be held responsible for injury or damage to property that was caused by other's actions.
For safety, and to help provide maximum benefits, we require a smoke free environment.
In order to gain maximum relaxation and best results, we request that very young children and pets do not enter the party area when treatments are being carried out.
Due care should be taken with the Pamper You Perfect equipment, any damages must be paid for and we kindly ask that robes are not taken outside (ie; in gardens)
We request that guests under the age of 16, are supervised by an adult at all times as we cannot be responsible for their supervision.
Please let us know if you or your guests have any allergies. We are not responsible for any allergic reactions if consent is given and all allergies not declared
Everything outside of 25 miles (return) is charged at 0.50p per mile.
Prices do not include any extra expenses such as bridge tolls, road tolls, congestion charges, and any car parking charges as may be needed in order to park to complete the treatments.
